Delivery time
Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on stock availability. For other EU countries, delivery time may be slightly longer, depending on the destination and carrier. 

If the order cannot be shipped immediately, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible with an adjusted delivery time. If desired, the order can be cancelled free of charge and the full amount will be refunded.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added at checkout. 

Shipping & Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace code, allowing you to easily track your package.
