Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU). If we receive the product in good condition within this period, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in contact. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, unless otherwise agreed.

The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging, to the extent reasonably possible.

How do returns work?

1. Report your return
   Please send an email to info@orville.be within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Receive return instructions
   We will provide you with return instructions (and a return label, if applicable).
3. Pack the product
   Please place the product carefully in its original packaging (if reasonably possible) and ensure it is well protected during shipping.
4. Return the package
   Send the package to the specified return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. If desired, we can provide a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund.
5. Receive your refund
   Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receipt.
